Are you looking for some fabulous ideas to craft the best self care Sunday routine ever? You’ve come to the right place!

Self-care Sunday is the idea of designating one day a week to set aside time for yourself (on Sunday)! It has grown a lot in popularity as people are prioritizing their overall health and mental well-being more and more.
Let’s face it, you go through a lot every week between work, school, family life, and whatever else you have going on. So implementing a weekly self-care day can open up time to enjoy the little things life has to offer and recharge for the week ahead.
There are many benefits to taking time for self-care including:
-Maintaining a positive mental health state
-Reducing stress
-Improving your confidence
-Gives you something to look forward to!
Self-care can be as simple as taking 15 minutes to do a face mask…Or you can go all out and create the perfect self-care Sunday routine tailor-made just for you! Regardless of what you choose to do, make sure to set a firm boundary and take some time for yourself so you can recharge, reset, reflect, and relax!
Here are 41 Self Care Sunday Ideas to help inspire you!

Going for a nice walk outside can be the perfect opportunity to slow down, get some fresh air, and have a change of scenery. Bring your dog on your favorite path or embark on a brand new trail somewhere else and enjoy God’s beautiful creation!
