Going for a nice walk outside can be the perfect opportunity to slow down, get some fresh air, and have a change of scenery. Bring your dog on your favorite path or embark on a brand new trail somewhere else and enjoy God’s beautiful creation!
3. Exercise
Add a quick burn to your S.C.S. and your body will thank you! Exercise helps improve your mood, reduces stress, and boosts your energy level. Find a Pilates workout on YouTube, go for a jog, or hit a punching bag! You will feel so accomplished, invigorated, and energized when you’ve finished.
4. Get off your phone for the day

6. Make plans with your friends
Make a date to go get lunch, see a movie, or do some shop therapy with a friend! It can be so wonderful to catch up on the details of each other’s lives, and do something out of the ordinary!
7. Make a smoothie
One of the best ways you can care for yourself is by nourishing your body with healthy food. If you’ve got a blender at home, make yourself a healthy smoothie or Açaí bowl! I love mixing any fruit I have in the fridge/freezer, with some coconut and almond milk!
