A Message From Pastor Icent Francis

I am Pastor Icent Francis — the Author, Curator, and steward behind Growing in Time. For more than a decade, I have served in pastoral leadership, Christian development, and faith-based media, helping believers discover the transforming power of God’s Word.

Whether teaching, writing, or discipling, my calling remains the same: to see believers mature, walk boldly with God, and understand Scripture with clarity and confidence.

For over a decade, I’ve been privileged to serve in pastoral leadership, Christian development, and media ministry — writing, teaching, and helping people discover the transforming power of God’s Word. My journey has taken me through many corners of ministry, but one truth remains the same: growth takes time, and grace makes it possible.

I’m also a husband and a father, blessed with a wonderful wife and beautiful children who daily remind me of God’s faithfulness and the joy of walking closely with Him.

This site is more than a platform — it’s a gathering place for hearts that want to grow. I see my role not just as a writer, but as a curator of truth — arranging words, Scriptures, and reflections that point you back to Jesus.
